i think is true that everybody is getting dumber around here or something cause everybodys grades are going down. And the hit an run we saw that when the guy hit the lady in the bus sticke her hand out and it looked like said like she said go.

I don't think Mr. Chang said that everyone's "getting dumber." I think Mr. Chang meant that people aren't working as hard, so their grades are going down.
